(BRAND COMMUNICATIONS, CONTENT DISTRIBUTION & EVENT OPERATIONS)

Role

Role

As a designer

I supported the development and application of MGI’s brand across the materials required for its content, communications, and events.

The work focused on maintaining a recognizable visual language while responding to the practical needs of different formats and initiatives.

As a strategist

I contributed to decisions around brand communication and content distribution, considering what needed to be communicated, where it should appear, and how individual outputs could support broader organizational goals.

As a creative operator

I managed projects across contributors, timelines, deliverables, and approvals. I also supported event management, helping coordinate the details required to move initiatives from planning into execution.

Rather than treating branding, content, and events as separate workstreams, I helped connect them through a more unified working process.

Overview

Overview

MGI required support across several connected areas of the business: brand development, content distribution, project management, and event execution. The challenge was not simply producing more output. It was ensuring that the brand’s ideas could move consistently from planning into production, distribution, and real-world delivery.
